Our speed of reaction to the client’s needs concerning translation services is, we believe, one of our most valued qualities. Additionally, we are very often congratulated for this by our clients. They appreciate this aspect of our collaboration. It may sometimes be exaggerated, but our internal policy is based on the idea that every client will receive a reply in maximum 30 minutes from the receipt of their request.
Even if, sometimes, this reply does not contain the final financial quote, but the requirement of certain clarifications of the project. More precisely, an e-mail in which we request more details from the client, so as to find the best solution for his needs. We notify the client every time that we are in the process of assessing the documents or the submitted information. The final purpose is to tailor the best assessment of the project together with the best quotation as your translation provider.
COST OPTIMIZATION
Whether you are a business owner or work for a local or multinational company, the translation needs of the company you represent will always be analysed in light of the budget, as well. We all have objectives concerning the budget and we are aware of this.
